There is so much to do in Medina County
As a growing Ohio suburb, Medina can provide many forms of daily entertainment. You will never find a dull moment in Medina because of its many dining and shopping opportunities. Any type of cuisine you desire can be found in Fine Medina restaurants. Also, Medina has it all when it comes to retail: department stores, grocery stores, bargain stores, and upscale boutiques. On sunny days, nothing could be better than golfing or sitting by the pool at one of Medina's many prestigious Country Clubs, or perhaps boating on Medina County's own Chippewa Lake. However, on rainy days, turn to Medina's 16 theater movie plaza for all your cinematic needs, or visit the Lodi Outlet Mall for designer merchandise at great prices. If you want to travel outside of Medina, to the North, Cleveland, Ohio offers three great professional sports teams for your entertainment: the Cavs (NBA), the Indians (MLB), and the Browns (NFL). The famous Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame and some of the best shops, restaurants, bars, and museums in Ohio are also located in Cleveland. To the East, the city of Akron is a little bit closer and a little bit smaller that Cleveland. It is home to the Akron Aeros (AA affiliate of the Indians), as well as Blossom Music Center, a large outdoor venue that attracts the best that music has to offer. Finally, about 40 minutes Northwest of Medina lies Cedar Point, the largest amusement ride park in the World! With World Famous Roller Coasters as well as kid rides, Cedar Point is fun for all ages and one of the best things to in Medina over the summer.

Pricing >Price and Condition
Pricing a house is one of the most important parts of the marketing process. You want to get as much for the property as you can, but if you set the price too high, you can turn away qualified buyers. Your real estate agent can tell you the selling price of homes comparable to yours. Pricing strategy depends on market conditions, and it is different in a buyers' market than it is in a sellers' market.
If your home is overpriced, the marketplace will reflect that to you. When a property fails to sell in a reasonable period of time, you and your real estate agent should have a frank discussion to determine whether too high a price tag is the reason. Your real estate agent will also be getting feedback from other agents who have shown your home.
Remember that price is only one factor. Consider ways you can make the property more attractive to show by handling needed repairs, improving curb appeal or making cosmetic improvements. Improve the condition of your home and you will improve its chances of selling.
